Canaan in Korea Embraces the World

If you dont want to work, do not eat, said late Kim Yong-ki who spent his lifetime reclaiming barren land into fertile soil. He founded Canaan Farmers School, which later served as spiritual cradle for South Koreas New Village Movement which modernized the nation in the 1970s. Kim passed away more than two decades ago, but his life still brings hope and dream to poor nations around the world.

Twenty top youth leaders of Uganda are sent to Canaan Farmers School under the order of the Ugandan President Museveni. Their mission is to be trained with all the skills and knowledge required for eradicating poverty in their country.
